Kenya's riding history dates back to the settler days with hunting, racing and polo still being very popular. For visitors the range of riding opportunities is wide, for both beginners and experienced riders. On the private ranches and reserves, game rides are offered. These allow visitors to get much closer to the game than in a vehicle. Hard hats are not always provided.
