Tanzania Highlights Safari
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Arusha’s Kilimanjaro International Airport and meet your customer service representative. Transfer to Arusha town situated at the foot of Mount Meru. Check in to the Four Points by Sheraton Arusha Hotel (BB), a modern hotel nestled against one of the most majestic backdrops of the picturesque Mount Meru, sister peak to Africa's highest summit, Mount Kilimanjaro. The afternoon will be at leisure. Overnight at Fourpoints by Sheraton Arusha Hotel.
Day 2: Fly from Arusha to Serengeti
After breakfast transfer to Arusha Airport for morning scheduled flight to Seronera Airstrip of the Serengeti National Park and to Serengeti Baobab Camp, which is ideally located for safari game drives as well as optional activities such as balloon safaris
Pick up/met at the airstrip by our driver guide and transfer to camp for check-in
Lunch and afternoon game drive
Dinner and overnight at the camp
About the Serengeti
Covering 14,763 sq. km of endlessly rolling savannah plains, the Serengeti is Tanzania’s first-established, largest and most famous park wherein tens of thousands of hoofed animals roam in a constant and unremitting search for the fresh grasslands upon which their survival depends.

Day 3: On safari in the Serengeti
With a full day’s game-driving in the park, your options are wide. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the camp, where guided nature walks can also be taken. Game drives can be taken morning and afternoon. Whilst the annual migration is the Serengeti’s most famous attraction, the Park is also renowned for its lion, many of which have been fitted with radio-transmitter collars so that their movements may be tracked, and additionally for its wealth of cheetah, zebra, giraffe, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelle, eland, impala, klipspringer, hippo and warthog.

Day 4: On safari in the Serengeti

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro
After a leisurely breakfast, leave the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area We visit a traditional Masai homestead to gain insight into their life and customs, before proceeding to the world-famous Olduvai Gorge Paleolithic Museum and reputed ‘Cradle of Mankind’, Afterwards continue to check into Acacia Ngorongoro Luxury Camp Lunch at the camp and enjoy the afternoon at leisure, before evening Sundowner Experience All meals and overnight at Acacia Ngorongoro Luxury Camp or similar- LDBB
Day 6: Ngorongoro
After an early breakfast at the lodge descend into the crater for a half-day game drive in the crater.
Ngorongoro Crater: Often referred to as ‘the eighth wonder of the world’ the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s best-known wildlife arenas. A World Heritage Site, it is also one of the largest volcanic craters in the world (almost 20 kilometres wide, 610-760 metres deep and covering a total area of 264 square kilometres). An utterly unique biosphere, the Crater harbours grasslands, swamps, forests, saltpans, a freshwater lake and a glorious variety of birdlife, all enclosed within its towering walls. Due to its high concentration of wildlife, close-range viewing opportunities and striking scenery it is also Tanzania’s most visited destination

In the afternoon visit Simba Milima School, before driving to Lake Manyara and checking in at Manyara Escarpment Lodge in the late afternoon

Day 7: Ngorongoro to Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport
We'll depart the camp after breakfast for a heartwarming visit to Simba Milima Primary School-our local school project., where you engage with the students, learn about their daily lives, and see how the community is working together to support education.
We then proceed to the Manyara airstrip where we will drop off those in the group who may wish to extend their holiday to the 'Spice Island' or Zanzibar.
Our journey continues to Arusha and on to Arusha Coffee Lodge for a late lunch before proceeding to Kilimanjaro Airport, carrying with you the memories of a lifetime as you embark on your flight home.
